What is kept on the website
The website stores account names and sign-in emails, password hashes, invitations, access permissions, uploaded photo requests, company website links, quotes and replies. Keith operates the website on InMotion hosting for Mary’s estate coordination. Contact Keith through your usual verified contact about the website; contact Mary about access and family records.
Owners manage invitations and sharing. Family helpers can use the private workspace. Companies can view only explicitly shared requests within their permitted properties, and only their own quote conversations. Account and request access can be revoked, but this cannot recall copies already saved elsewhere.
What stays in your browser
The planner’s tasks, paperwork and money entries stay in your browser session unless you choose device saving or download a backup. They do not automatically sync between devices or family members. Device saving is separated by signed-in account on this website, but is not an encrypted vault. Use a private device and clear saved data when appropriate.
The local photo collector also holds originals and notes in the current page. A downloaded company pack includes the selected property; notes are excluded unless selected. A full private backup includes all selected photos and notes. Save before closing.
Sharing photographs online
The Photo requests & quotes page uploads the photographs and description you submit. It creates JPEG viewing copies, removes embedded metadata and stores them outside the public website directory. Original files stay on your device. Visible documents, faces and addresses are not automatically redacted. Review images yourself before uploading and before granting a company access.
Uploading creates a private request first. Choosing a company and confirming Share makes that request visible to it. Photos in downloaded local-collector packs preserve original bytes and metadata; they are different from the website’s processed viewing copies.
Sign-in, security records and retention
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Sessions expire after inactivity or a maximum session period. Limited action records identify account access and sharing actions; failed-sign-in rate limits use hashed network/account identifiers and are cleared after their short rate-limit window. InMotion may separately keep access logs and backups under its hosting arrangements; its precise retention settings have not been verified.
Expired or revoked access does not automatically delete uploaded estate records or replies. Ask Mary and Keith about correction, export or deletion and the estate’s record-retention duties. The site does not claim encrypted storage, secure erasure or GDPR certification. Hosting-account access and backups may allow the host or authorised administrator to access records.
Outside websites and company forms
No external form, release, booking, contract or payment is accepted automatically. Company-supplied links are labelled with the destination domain. Review the company’s current privacy notice and the information or authority requested before submitting anything. These external services have their own policies. The website does not send invitation emails or quote-notification emails for you.
Keep sensitive originals elsewhere
Do not upload wills, identity documents, passwords, account numbers, private lender letters or unredacted financial paperwork for company quoting. Give necessary legal documents directly to the solicitor through a verified secure channel. Downloads and backups are not encrypted by this website.
